I subscribed to the app version of the magazine beginning with the August 2015 issue; that version of the app worked very well and the formatting tools were dynamic allowing for an enjoyable reading experience. You could easily restore purchases and reach out to support. Beginning with the February 2016 issue viewing the magazine became very problematic with the scrolling freeze-ups as well as the white screen of death. My version never showed April 2016 as available, and getting the app to do anything with the cover image of the June 2016 issue was hopeless. The links to support have disappeared, and when I reinstalled the app to see if that would work I found I could no longer restore my prior purchases as it will not recognize my iTunes ID. As one of the other reviewers mentioned...no help in sight from any vector. Frustrating to see such performance from publishers of such a great magazine.
Purchased subscription through the App Store. No problems with previous issues however April 2016 issue will not work. Only cover will properly display. Has been this way for weeks. No attention by publisher or Apple. Do not purchase.
I cannot view purchased issues. Why? The only thing that displays are the cover of each issue. When viewing a particular issue all you see is a white screen. It is annoying to pay for something and not be able to read it.
